Short cut - Show Pictures

Is there way I can create a short cut for the following setting:

1. Internet Explorer -> properties -> advanced -> show pictures -> "check"
2. Internet Explorer -> properties -> advanced -> show pictures -> "un-check"

There is a Toggle Images tool included with this download that you can add
to your Links bar.

It works in IE6.

That one requires a refresh if you want it to apply to the current page.

The IE Developer Toolbar's Disable Images does its own refresh.
