short cut menu for folder

When I am in the window explore to view all files and
folders in my computer. If I want to see what inside the
folder, I just double click the icon and the folder will
open as explore, or I can right click to open the short
cut menu and select the open text as indicate by bold face
font. But lately my short cut menu show the Search on the
first line and bold face to indicate that is default, so
insteade to open the folder, it take me to the search
window. Even I try to go back to set window default. When
you right click the folder you see the short cut menu and
the explore or open set on top with bold face font! My
shown explore in bold ace font.
Anyone know how to fix this problem? Please sent me the
email as (e-mail address removed). I really apreciated.
