You can hold down the Alt key and use the underlined letter in any menu
item.
Thus, if you have a query open in design view, you can hold down the Alt key
and type QR (Query - Run) to run the query.
If the query is not open in design view, you can double-click it in the
database window to run or execute it.
You can also use Alt with VQ to display the SQL view, VD to display design
view, and VS to display datasheet view.
