Short and Long Date Styles

Hi,

I have been advised that a new piece of software that is about to be
installed on our network needs to ensure that the short and long date style
are in the following format

dd/mm/yyyy

and

dd/mmmm/yyyy


Can this be set by domain policy, if so where can this setting be found?
