Im looking for a simple shopping cart program

If this is for a Linux env. then you may want to look at
agora.

However, odds are that your isp has some pre-installed carts,
so maybe you would be better using them, rather than having
to install one from scratch.

Requires MySQL which makes it a bit more than "a simple
shopping cart program"
