Shopnav Error Window in IE 6

I recently had a nasty search-hijacker attach to my IE 6
Browser. It is called ShopNav. I have removed the Srng
variant from my registry and directory, but I still get
the ShopNav error page on my browser. I have reset my
browser settings, but with no avail. Does anyone know how
I can get this "piece of crap" search-hijacker error page
off my browser?
