Never really been into games, but am thinking of buying one.
Not sure what to get, any easy to play shoot um up games, plenty of action, lots of blood and easy to play?
Should i go for a flight sim?? Any ideas or suggestions:D
 
Have you tried Half Life 2 before? Its the best game I've ever played and has all of those features :)
 
For First Person Shooters i suggest...

FEAR
Farcry
HalfLife 2
HalfLife Ep. 1
Call Of Duty 1+2 and the united offensive pack
Doom3
Quake 4

There is more, but they are me fav's. :)
 
Hey, i loved half life and still play it now and again. Is half life 2 good? What sort of spec system do you need to run it?

You can run it on a mid range system pretty well .

Anything above 2.0Ghz cpu and a gig of ram runs fine :D

Half life can be a graphically intensive game with all its features on (Anti-Aliasing,HDR etc..) but well worth a try if you havelt played already. :D

The only annoying bit is Steam, takes a while to update etc :)
