Shockwave & Vista Home Basic?

Does anyone know why Adobe Shockwave programs won't run in Vista Home Basic
when others I know using Vista Home Premium ARE able to run Shockwave
programs?
I have downloaded the latest programs from Adobe and have no problems
running Flash Player programs.
 
yeah i have that same problem...have you figured it out yet... i havent.
