shlwapi.dll problems

I keep getting kicked off the IE because of a iexplore.exe
6.0.2800.1106 shlwapi.dll error

help
 
Please visit Windows Update and install Q822925 (at least).

Close all other running processes as well as your anti-virus application
before going to Windows Update.

Go into Outlook Express, yes, not IE -
Tools > Options > Maintenance > "uncheck" _any_
"troubleshooting" options selected, if any.

FWIW, Q822925/Aug. '03 Cumulative Patch for IE updates SHLWAPI.DLL to
version 6.0.2800.1226 for most IE6-SP1 users. Is it the fix for this error
associated with having OE Troubleshooting options checked? Dunno yet.

troubleshooting boxes unchecked.
