Hi

Does someone know something about this dll causing trouble to IE or the office products?

I have a recurring problem on a PC configured with Windows XP Professional, Office XP, IE6 and Lotus Organizer 5. I have installed every update and service pack of the MS products.

Thanks for your replay. However my scenario is a different one. It does not crash when trying to update. The system us already updated. It simply crash while Outlook Express 6 is open.
 
By the way, this is what the report found in the windows error log says (I'm translating from spanish)

Application error: msimn.exe 6.0.2800.1123, application with errors, module with error:shlwapi.dll 6.0.2800.1400, error address 0x00026ca6.

This message is sometimes followed by this one

Application error: Incorrect bucket 84236585
&#x000a.
