I want to have my column headers follow down as I progress downward on my spreadsheet. How would I set this up?

Hi
not quite sure I understood you. But if you want to see always the
first row of your sheet try the following
- move the cursor in cell A2
- Goto 'Window - Freeze Panes'

Click on cell A2 and hit Window / Freeze Panes

If you want to freeze the left column as well, start on cell B2 and do it

and if you are thinking in terms of also having them repeated
when you print that is done in file, page setup, sheets, ...
rows to repeat at top: $1:$1
columns to repeat at left: $A:$A
you do not need to start at the top like when you freez
rows, you can start later and the they will not be in effect
until your printing gets that far (logically). More informatiom in
