Shift-F2

I forgot what is the command that would replace Shift-F2

When I am on a field on a form, if I press SHIFT-F2 a window open and I can
edit the text in this window. When I am finish I close the window.

I would like to do the same but instead of pressing SHIFT-F@ I would just
have to click or double click in the field to open the window
