shift+2 gives me @ instead of "

instead of getting @ when i press shift+' i get ". its vice versa when i
press shift+2 i get @ instead of ".
trivial problem i know but very annoying!
anyone got any ideas how to fix this?
 
Control panel --regional and language and select the correct English. I.E.
U.S.--England--etc.

Those are what you are supposed to get. <vbg>

You are using a UK keyboard with a US keyboard layout

Change the keyboard layout in Control Panel | Regional and Language
Options | Languages | Details | Settings.
