The browseui.dll library is a core component of Internet Explorer and should
not be removed. If it is removed you will find that Internet Explorer, and
any other applications that display HTML may not work correctly.
It could have been corrupted or compromised somehow. run cmd from the RUN
command and then type sfc /scannow and see if Xp will fix the problem for
you.

Registering a VB6 dll seems to fix missing agents:
1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware
