Shell32.dll keeps alot of system resources, such as icons, images, and
strings (text.) It is a critical windows system file. The reason MS
Antisypware is blocking it is because (I assume) something is trying to
replace it. Run a spyware/Antivirus scan (deep/full scan, not quick)
I ran spyware/Antivirus. But it does not show anything.
And when ever I log on it shows the same thing. A green
box that says it has blocked shell32.dll from being
installed.
