Does Outlook work when starting in safe mode? (Start > Run > outlook.exe
/safe > OK button)
Reason I ask is that it could be an addin that is causing Outlook to barf or
worse, something is wrong with SHELL32.DLL itself. Of course if it is the
later, you would be having problem with more apps as SHELL32.DLL is a core
operating system file.
Can´t start Outlook 2003 all of a sudden. Error message "File SHELL32.dll
incompatible with MS Office Outlook".
Whats wrong? How solve it?
