Shell Extensions for File Names with No File Extension

Does anyone know of a way to to set notepad in WIN XP
registry to open files with no extension.
 
If you didn't want to help answer my question, why did
you bother to reply to it in the first place. sorry that
I'm not an all knowing guru such as yourself.

Because I had already had it ready to go before I did the moron check. Go elsewhere and stop wasting people's time.
