CAN YOU HELP? Have run into trouble recently with '
SHELL.DLL' cannot be found. it has stopped me working on
my arts and letters package and affects one or two other
programs. Any advice or how to fix/repair or replace?
Please

I use norton, spybot and adaware regularly to keep the
crap down if that helps
