Sheet presentation: puting column in order

I get an Excel sheet with many columns. I would like to set them quicly
in a given order. I have column headers.
Today a use cut/paste. But it is long !
Is there any possibility to see the column header and associate those a
column number ?
 
Note you need to hit the Options button on the Sort dialog box and choose left
to right (And make sure you select ALL the data to be sorted). Be very sure you
have got it right before you save again, as there will be no going back if you
haven't.
