Sheet Copy Creates Duplicate Naming Error

I've been copying sheets within a particular workbook and
I get an error message that primarily states:

"
A formula or sheet you want to move or copy contains the
name '......', which already exists on the destination
worksheet. Do you want to use this version of the name?
- To use the name as defined in the destination sheet,
click YES.
- To rename the range referred to in the formula or
worksheet, click NO, and enter a new name in the Name
Conflict dialog Box.
"

I know this is the normal message when you copy an entire
sheet that contains named ranges, which is part of my
intent. The only problem I have is that the message being
shown is for range names that don't exist (that I'm aware
of) in the sheet, or workbook for that matter. I've
searched the range name look up [F5] and insert name
command option for a reference to the name. I've done a
FIND on the entire workbook and the sheets. Still I can't
find a reference to the names being brought up. Some of
the names are actual cell references such a1, a2, a3,
etc.,. The others are feasible name references containing
alpha characters and usually start with the
reference "wvu.".

Any ideas, suggestions, or downloadable fixes for this
would be much appreciated. Thanks!
