There are many people with this printing issue

Script errors when printing HTML formatted eMails

Various line errors in "shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

I've seen the post regarding the Reg hack that solves for some people - although not not for about 10 of my users

Whats most disturbing is that Microsoft technicians have not posted a reply to any of these posts!
 
Did you try this? Even though it's for IE, its the same
error.
