sharing your calendar and contacts between a group of workers

I was wondering if Outlook 2003 has the features to share your calendar and
contacts between different user over the LAN connection. I just want two or
more computers sharing the same data . For example, If person 1 on computer
1 schedules an appointment, person 2 on computer 2 should be able to see it
the same information. What do I Need to do so I can set that up.
