Sharing Wireless Internet Connection - EVDO, USB and RRAS

I Have Internet Access via a Cel Phone Telco, using EVDO or CMDA 1x RTT and
a AIKO 76e USB Modem

I can use RRAS to Share the Internet Connrction?

ICS Works well, but i have to share without using the 192.168.0.1 internal
IP addressing

The Wireless USB Card does not appear as a valid "NATable" device on the
RRAS interface and Demand-Dial does not work, because the Telco have its
own dialer

You can use ICS without using the 192.168.0.0 subnet. Just enable it as
usual (it will set the default 192.168.0.1 IP address on the local NIC),
then change the LAN IP address to whatever you want. I do believe that
the ICS DHCP service will not work, but NAT routing works just fine.
