Sharing the desktop in a network with Windows XP

Hi,
I have a wireless network (router + wireless cards) with 3
PC's. I would like to set it up so I can take over
control from one of the 3 over the desktops of the other
2. Can anyone tell me how to do this ?
 
If the PCs are running XP Pro then look at using Remote Desktop. I use that to administer three XP
Pro PCs on my small home LAN.

I have a VNC question for you, Al. There are several versions of it
around. What's the difference between them, and why do you recommend
one over the others? Here are some others that I've seen:
