Aloha

I need to share Drives, Printers and Ports with a W2K TS

Is this possible
Is there a registry hack
Can I make RDP 5.1 compatible with RDP 4 and 5

Thank you

If you mean can 2000 TS connect users printers, drives and ports to their RDP Session, the question is yes, sort-of

Windows 2000 TS supports (natively) client printer auto-creation, but not drive mapping. Drive mapping is supported natively in 2003 TS

To support local drive mapping in 2000 TS you need to look at resource kit utilities or 3rd party add-ons like TSDrop Copy or WtsFtp

These are listed here

Yes, My problem is in sharing the Drives, Printers and a Serial port of a Windows XP machine with a Windows 2000 Terminal Server.

This is what I described in my original response. If I did no answer your question please be a bit more clear as your question is very vague, i.e. I don't know if you're having a problem access your Drives, Printers and a Serial port in a Remote Desktop Session from the XP Machine to the TS, or if you want to make these resources available to every user who logs onto the TS. I don't know if you're getting an error trying to do something, or if you don't know where to begin
Happy to help, but please give more info about what your problem is
