sharing programs

We have 3 users plus administrator on the home Pc (XP o/s) and want 2 of the users to be able to use MSN Messenger without having to log into as the administrator. Can't seem to find any topics in help and support to tell me how to share a program like this and internet explorer. any suggestions?

You should just be able to log-on as each separate user
and they should have a personalised area. Just open up
MSN on their user accounts.
