I have a home network with all four computers running Window XP Pro. I am
trying to share data in Microsoft Money Plus Premium on two computers. File
sharing does not work. The data in the programs must be identical at all
times and changes need to be allowed from both computers. Anyone know how to
accomplish this task?

The only reliable way to accomplish this would be to have a single data
file located on one of the computers (or, for that matter, somewhere
else on the LAN) and have Money lock the file while it's in use. I
don't know if Money can do that, but the place to ask is in the Money
newsgroup or at the Money Support Center:

[Quicken has a "find Quicken files" feature that will look in specified
locations. I haven't tried it, but it appears that if you were to map a
drive name to the shared network directory in which the Quicken files
were located, this function would find them. Look in Help and Support
for "To assign a drive letter to a network computer or folder". Check
in Money's help for something like "find files."
