Just purchased Windows XP, when I loaded various other
programs some of them were not assessible to the other
users. How do I get them access to all the programs
available in the system. Do I have to individually load
them into each user?

Not usually although some people here have reported that it is necessary
with certain software.
With Windows Explorer you can drag the shortcuts around however you see fir.
"C:\Documents and Settings\username(s)\Start Menu"
There is one username "All Users" anything under that Start Menu will be
available to all the users of your computer (hence the name).
You can drag shortcuts around so some are for specific users and some for
all users.
I could go into more detail but I believe when you start opening the folders
it will be self evident.
