Sharing Program Files Directory

I want to be able to share my program files directory, but
when I try I get the message that this folder cannot be
shared because it is used by the operating system.

I know there may be security issues, but I want to share
it. How do I do that?

downgrade to 2000?

Or put the programs/files that you want to share somewhere
outside of program files.
 
I have a network of two computer and I have the same annoying problem
but.......just on one of my two computers. Let' s say I have the computer A
and B. A can not access the program files and the windows folder of B, but B
can !! Weird, isn't it?
