Sharing printers with all users

I have tried for almost a month with this problem: Is
there a way so that i can set up network printers on a
computer so that when each person logs in, its setup on
everyone's account instead of me going into their account
and installing the printers one by one per account. One
one particular PC there are going to be around 13 people
sharing that PC, each one logging in on their own account
on our network. If what I ask can be done, it would make
my job a little easier and a little less stressful.
