That is correct, you are using a local administrator account, so that is
good. And if you have the same account AND password on the other machines,
your accounts are correct.
Now, you need to clarify how your permissions are setup. Remember, there
are SHARE permissions and NTFS permissions and the two can easily come in
conflict, so you need to know about both of them.
If you are trying to access a printer from the laptop, make sure it is
shared to the administrator account (or administrators group, which is the
better way to do it). Also, check your NTFS permissions and make sure
administrators have full access to the system partition of the computer the
printer is connected to. (if it cannot spool to the drive, it might not
print)
