Why do I have to activate the "Ghest" user account in a XP Pro workstation
to get access from Win2k Pro workstation. I only have this two machines
connected in the same workgroup, sharing internet, etc. But when I try to
browse from Win2k ws to XP Pro, I get an error saying "logon failure: user
account restriction". If I activate the "Guest" user in XP Pro, no problems
at all. Any suggestion?.
Kind Regards.

Can anyone reply me?
Maybe noone has this problem before.
Thanks.

I had the same thing happen to me. I have a Laptop with WinXP pro and a
desktop with XP Home and i couldn't get the home pc to access anything from
the XP Pro but when i added guest to "access this computer from the
network", the XP Home could now access shared resources from the XP Pro and
i am also wondering if this is right with so many bad things said about the
guest account.
