Sharing Outlook with older versions on a LAN

I have just upgraded my O2000 to OXP on my PC, one of
five on a small LAN.

Outlook will not share files.

It shows an error message
"the add-in msfs32.dll could not be installed or loaded".

I could not find it on the new CD, but copied an NT
version off the 2K version. Still won't pick it up.

So, no Share Tab on the Properties, and I am all cut off
from the work group.

Any suggestions???

May have to revert to 2K if I can't get round this.

Outlook 2002 doesn't support Net Folders anymore. Folders can still be
shared by using an Exchange server or by some of the tools listed here;
