Is it possible to share out a PST file from one machine
for use on a 2nd machine...without getting any funky
sharing violations?...or would an exchange server be
required?

Although it's not recommended practise you can connect to a pst-file which
is located on a network share. Running scanpst.exe against it every once and
a while will let you know if things are continue to work properly for you.

Note that only one PC can connect to the pst at the same time.

Cool man, thanx for the reply, I was thinking the same
thing, wanted a 2nd opinion to make sure there was no
special trick to allow it somehow.

You're welcome! :-)
