sharing Outlook on a network

Hello All

I hope i am contacting the correct group. please excuse
me if i am not.

i run my main pc and laptop on a wireless network which
is working well. What i need to do is access Outlook
incl. calendar, contacts, email messages etc etc from my
laptop on the network. Whilst the email on my laptop is
working fine (due to a copy of outlook loaded on the
latop) the only way i can sync contacts and calendar is
by exporting the folders as .pst files and copying which
is impractical as these change daily. Is there a way in
which i can access Outlook on my main pc from the laptop
on the network? The same would be applicable to 'money'?
