Hello. Someone in our office has created a distribution list in Microsoft
Outlook and would like to share it with others. Is there a way to transfer
the list to someone else either on a network or without so that the other
person can have the same distribution list without needing to obtain the
information and create it again themselves on their own PC in Outlook? Please
let me know. Thank you.

Insert in as an Outlook Item in an RTF message and send it to them.

Do you mean insert in an email message as an attachment? Where do they need
to save it once they receive it? Let me know. Thanks.

Create a message in RTF format. Use "Insert > Item..." to insert the DL.
The recipient need only open it and save it. It will then be saved to their
default Contacts Folder.

But rather than just emailing it to somone, is there any way you can upload it onto a network server so everybody in the company can access it?

We wanted to put a DL on our network server that gets updated everytime someone adds or removes a contact from it. Is this possible? and if so how do I do it?

Thank-you in advance for your time
