Is there a simple way to allow everyone see everyones calendars in Outlook
2007 and Exchange 2007?

file everyone has reviewer permission or better on a calendar, file, open,
other users folder will display the calendar. But... if they just need to
see free/busy data and not the actual calendar, choose view group calendar
from the actions menu when in the calendar and add the names of the calendar
data you need to see to a group.

I have approx. 500 users and I want everyone to be able to review all other
calendars - not only free/busy. How do I set the review permission in a
simple way for everyone?. Can this be done with a group policy or with a
cmdlet?

Thank you Diane!
You solved my problem!

Is there a simple way to allow everyone see everyones calendars in
Outlook
2007 andExchange 2007?

I am trying to automate this same process on Exchange 2007 SP1, but
PFDAVAdmin will not work for me. I open the program and connect to
Exchange and the domain controller. But, it can not get any
information for any mailboxes, citing "error 401 - unauthorized".

I've tried logging in with every account, installing "WebDAV
publishing", setting the "\exadmin\" virtual directory permission to
anonymous access, turning off the firewall, and more.

How do I get PFDAVAdmin to work on a very simple install of Exchange
2007 SP1 and Windows Server 2003? Thank you.
