sharing outlook calendar

Hello helpful XP gurus,

My family uses one PC, we each have an XP account. No problems. Fast switching is great.
We use Outlook 2002, each with our own email account. No problems.
We want to SHARE the same calendar. This is a very logical thing I think (families sharing a single calendar) and I would certainly hope that microsoft has a way to do it in their xp HOME operating system. Since our family lives in a home and we like to share.... that kind of thing. C'mon microsoft - tell me it's easy. Please.
