I have a home network consisting of two XP PCs and I want
to share an Outlook calendar. I have read about
Netfolders in Outlook but don't know how to set up
mail/Exchange Server on my network. Can anybody help ?

Net Folders are available with Outlook 2000 and earlier and do *NOT* require the use of Exchange.
What version do you run? Look at this page from the Slipstick site for further help with sharing
Outlook Calendar...

Post additional questions concerning Outlook (*NOT* Outlook Express) to the
or news groups.
