sharing outlook between employer and assistant

How can we configure outlook so that my assistant can
have access to my outlook calendar and we can share the
outlook contacts? However, I'd like her to be able to
have her own outlook as well to get/send emails.

It seems like this should be doable, but I have no idea
how.

Any suggestions?
 
You can not share anything without Exchange server. If you do not want
to use Exchange server and do want to share your calendar/cntacts in
your network, you can try other softwares, you can visit
