It depends on what type of accounts you have set up.
If you are using POP3 accounts, you can set up your POP3 accounts to leave messages on the server
on both machines. The delivery settings for these accounts allow you to read a message, but leave
the message on the server for a specified time. This feature is especially helpful if you use the same
e-mail account from more than one computer
You can do the same for IMAP accounts. HTTP accounts automatically mirror the server store.
If you want other Outlook data, such as contacts, to be shared, you will have to copy the information
and share between machines.

Subject: SHARING OUTLOOK ACROSS A NETWORK
Date: Wed, 18 Feb 2004 04:31:05 -0800
I have 2 computers networked. Is there any way i can share Outlook so that i can read my incoming
and sent emails from either computer rather than having to copy them into a file then export them to the
other computer. I am using Office XP. Also,I can only send emails from one computer on the network
as otherwise I end up with some emails on one machine and some on the other. is there any way to fix
this so i can send and receive and read all emails on either computer
I HAVE TO DO THE SAME FOR CONTACTS - IE SAVE THEM ON ONE COMPUTER THEN
EXPORT TO A FILE AND IMPORT TO THE OTHER COMPUTER.
