Sharing my CD rom, but I cannot see it on Network Neighbour?

Does anyone have any suggestions on why I cannot see my shared CD-rom drive
on Network Neighbour?

Check your Local Security Policy, on the computer with the CD-ROM in question.
Security Options - Devices: Restrict CD-ROM access.
