Is it possible to share my calander (and others within the office) to enable my PA to view/amend/add appointments without the need for her to access my PC directly?

We do not use MS Exchange and are using Office 2000 Pro.

Any help would be greatly received.

There are add-in programs available.

However for Outlook 2003 there is a Menu: File/Save as Web Page command
and I simply write it to a shareable folder on LAN file server. Others
view this HTML file with their web browser. Whenever I make a calendar
change, I simply File/Save As Web Page (it remembers the file name after
the first save) and that's it. Simple. Fast. No complex or costly add-ins.

Don't know if Outlook 2000 has this, but I thought I would suggest this
simple approach anyway.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

Many thanks, I'll give a go tomorrow morning. That will give her the option of viewing it, but not changing, at least it's a start ;

Thanks again.

If you want her to make changes, that's another thing entirely, and to
do that you'll need some additional software (add-ins, or Exchange, etc.)

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
