Can I use ICS to share multiple internet connections
(three cable modems) with my WLAN through my wireless
router?

Are you trying to emulate a T1 line? I suppose it's possible because the
major ISP's have to do the same concept for customers but that would be
major bucks. Through ICS? No. ICS basically turns a PC into a DHCP server
and acts as a gateway.
All of this guess a wild stab in the dark and more of an observation rather
than help.

No, you can't. You can only enable ICS on one network connection at a
time.
