Sharing Junk e-mail senders list

How can I share my Junk e-mail senders list and Exceptions list with other outlook users in my office? Is there a way to copy the entire file?

They're in C:\Documents and Settings\{yourname}\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook or
C:\Documents and Settings\{yourname}\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
