Sharing ISP

Please can anyone offer some advice on the following.
I have set up a main user account and a guest account on
XP. How do i allow acces to the internet ISP on the guest
account. All I can find in "help" is sharing accounts and
networking. I am not networking between computers the
accounts are on the same desktop. Help suggests dragging
the folder from the main user account to the shared file.
Looking in the shared file the desktop and the icons are
already there.
