Sharing internet connection

I have a 2 PC home network: Desktop running XP home and a laptop running
W95.

The XP desktop has a dialup connection to the internet. When the home
network is active what do I need to do on the laptop to connect to the
internet through the XP desktop? That is, what exactly do I click on on the
W95 laptop to connect via the desktop?
