Sharing Inbox and Calendars

I have a client with Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000 across a client-server
network (SBS 2000). What they want to do is to make available to everyone
in the company their inbox and calendars (maybe everything else in Outlook).
I have heard that Team Folders could share Calendars but that it has been
withdrawn. Would this have made public their Inbox?

They are currently using the Folder View and adding everyone else's Folders
to this, but recently they have had a turnover of staff, which means
reconfiguring each PC (about 20) everytime. What I would like to do is to
make this automatic so that when users were added or deleted from the server
Outlook would automatically add or remove these users? Any ideas as to
where to look or how to do it?

Thanks
Tony

You can't add these automatically as it still involves one user setting the
permissions and the other user adding them. Also Team Folders isn't needed
since you are havig an Exchange server which does the same plus so much more
and a lot faster as well.

Note that adding the mailbox isn't really needed. In most cases File->
Open-> Folder from other user will do the same.

Team Folders was a folder home page wrapper for public folder applications and had nothing to do with sharing mailbox folders.

I know of no way to automatically update profiles to add new users' mailboxes as secondary mailboxes.

You might want to look at Outlook 2003, which makes the job of working with other users' Calendar and Contacts folders much easier through its "Other Calendars" list.
