Sharing folders in Outlook 2003

Does anyone know how to share folders in Outlook 2003. I
am running Windows XP Professional. Previously, I had
Windows NT and Outlook 2000, and I was able to share
folders (calendar, contacts, etc) with another computer
on our office network as well as my home computer. That
was apparently accomplished through Net Folders, but Net
Folders is no longer a component of Office XP. Any
suggestions?
