I have 2 xomputers linked through a broadband routerthrough which we can share the internet and printer. I would like to share files on both computers. One computer is Win XP and the other is Win 98. I previously had two Win 98 computers and was able to do it, but frankly forgot how. Now I have replaced one Win 98 computer with Win XP and when I open My Network Places, I do not see the other computer.
Kindly help me set this up.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Run the Network Setup Wizard on both computers and tell it that they
connect to the Internet through a residential gateway (router). It
will automatically make all the necessary settings.

If you've installed a firewall program, configure it to allow access
by computers on your local area network.
